Does your Homeowner’s Insurance cover you for social host liability, i.e. if you throw a party and someone leaves drunk and gets into an accident, could you be sued and need to pay damages? Only reading your policy will tell you for sure, but the Insurance Information Institute created this ridiculous cartoon to encourage responsibility.
